Greg Zafiris has been helping clients resolve a wide variety of business issues for over 20 years. He has been general counsel to both private equity and publicly traded companies, giving him experience working in, and not just for, business, as well as strong insight into how to best manage the legal function.
Greg can resolve complex issues while working collaboratively with various internal constituencies such as finance, engineering, human resources, marketing and sales. In addition, he is comfortable working with organizations that span multiple geographies. Companies he has worked for have had locations in places such as Israel, China, Taiwan, Europe, and Japan. His expertise covers intellectual property, licensing, commercial transactions, acquisition and sale of businesses, corporate, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining alto law group, Greg ran a successful “virtual general counsel” practice, worked for Pixelworks, Inc. (NASDAQ: PXLW) and Mobilian Corporation (privately held; acquired by Intel), and practiced at the law firms of Ater Wynne (1999) and Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt (1995).
